Hensel Phelps is the recipient of another small business award / certificate in recognition of their passionate efforts towards maximizing small business participation. On Friday, July 26, 2013 at the Maryland Minority Contractors Association (MMCA’s) 3rd Summer Soiree & Awards Banquet, the President of the Baltimore City Council presented Hensel Phelps with the Maryland Minority Contractors Association 2013 Best Practice Award.
